Suggestion for league champ select

This has been suggested to Riot and they have stated that the reason they will not do this is because they want to allow players to dictate how their games... they may ban a champ you don’t want to play because: They don’t want the enemy to pick said champ first, they do not want an enemy player to counter them with said champ, they don’t want an ally who does not have experience on said champ to play them, or the allow does not feel as though the said champ fits their team composition. I completely agree with so, especially in ranked. In norms, there could be a solution... like if you own less than # of champs than not be able to ban said champ, but other than that, I see it as a very reasonable feature.
