Yes I built it EVERY SINGLE TIME I played Talon into Zed and it won my lane 9/10 times. Now I can't do shit because it seems that the average Zed playerbase just buys pinks and craps on me when I ult his ult. So this matchup no longer favors one of my main counters because A core item I always built was rendered inert against him.

So yes this makes me biased and it makes me salty, it's not like Zed wasn't already a problem before this change.
