I really don't think Riot thought that Garen buff out very well...... Combine his new E effect, plus a lovely little item we all know a little too well, the Black Cleaver, then all of a sudden, "Hey. Half your armor is gone. This was a good idea!"
if garen ever gets to you as an adc/mage you are stupid af lmfao. I mean Darius can utilise his synergy with stormraiders and ghost ( garen can take ghost too) but darius can simply kill someone with ulti flahs auto you ult you and burst you instantly and he has slows on top. Garen will simply run up to you and you just kite him. he doesnt have slows/cc or anything lol.
