Why did the Fizz hate stop?

They added 2 seconds to his still stupidly low cd on his spammable/AOE/nuke/burst/escape/engage/wall-hopping/invulnerable/untargetable skill.

The cd is still 6s with all the easy to get CDR in the game.

There are always champs that are not fun to play against even after nerfs, but when people aren't playing them people don't really care. Nobody is playing Fizz really right now for whatever reason

I think it's because people see him less. He's still a little shit to deal with, but a rarer little shit.

Plenty of champions can be fairly frustrating to deal with, especially when played competently, but get less hate because they are rarely seen.

Because he wasnt actually that greatbefore if you didnt build him tanky and he isnt one of those long range mages that abuse rod and rylais Id say.
