Jhin Ult needs nerf

First off, 4 shots is too many for that type of range and speed. 2nd, if you're going to keep 4 shots, remove the slow and sight given, even Xerath doesn't get those. 3rd, there's no reason a Jhin ult should be able to 100-0 from just 1 ult, no one except for maybe Katarina has that capability. Even veigar can't do that anymore; and to be able to do that they have to actually be IN the fight.
