When You're On A Win Streak, Do They Put You With People On A Losing Streak?

I was going about 22/0, 16/0, 9/0, getting good kills and carrying every game for about 6 games. Now im getting put on teams where my team will go 1/11, 3/18, 1,9. Is this Riots matchmaking system? Because i certainly do not like this if they expect me to carry my team to victory when they dont know how to team fight (before you say it, yes I do tell them to group with me, but they dont listen). So whats up with this? Am i just getting put on bad teams by accident (Random matchmaking)? Or is it putting me on that team on purpose because of my recent stats?

when you go on huge win streaks, your MMR increases. Eventually you start fighting people above your MMR. So, answering your question, no. Teammate placements in ranked do not work like that.

When you go on a win streak you mmr increases, when you go on a lose streak, your mmr decreases
