I'm going to guess more like this:

Only champion available is Lucian Enemy team and your teammates are all DC making you the only player on the rift Turrets and fountain do zero damage You collect all minion gold and CS simply by walking near Towers die in one hit You're so amazing, Nexus explodes if you walk next to it.\

Here's my idea: The champion dies, and floats up to the pearly gates. They are allowed to pass by whatever league angel is there. probably Kayle. Then, they go in, see all that there is to do there, and just as they're settling in, a burning talon reaches up and drags them back down to summoners rift, and the cycle continues.
