What on earth is this? Is she going to get looked at riot? Those stats are pretty absurd.

Janna is in a favorable meta along with the newly absurd coin value. Nerf gold generation and she'll fit back in.
The thing is as a support you need a competent team to get anything done.

If it was something like Zed or Shaco it would be insanely broken.
But it's a support so it's ok
Totally unbiased balance logic.
Janna is not op. Coin is, its giving her too much gold allowing her to spike much faster and get to that late game status where she is pretty strong in.
