Still keeps me comfortable in trades and with CSing. I mean if seeing the attack animation more makes you more comfortable than chunking the shit out of someone with just one hit then whatever lol.

attack speed is really good on darius. way better that the 7 ad or so you get from ad quints.

It's not really good, micromanaging Q and W AA resets is how darius stacks. Not attack speed. And you get way more than 7 AD. I get over 20 come later game.

I really got into this game hardly a year ago. I'm speaking here on the forums on my main account, this account. I'm simply naturally good at this game because I transitioned to this game from Starcraft, one of the most, if not the most intensive RTS games in the entire industry. Starcraft introduced me to and strengthened my general macro and micro skillsets. It taught everything from map awareness to scouting and vision prioritization and unit micromanagement (Except in starcraft instead of having one hero you generally have to deal with 100+ unit armies with differing units).

Once again, I use AD, and Dyrus uses AD.
Sites like champion.gg and whatnot review ME as a platinum player when it comes to top Darius builds utilized by the top 8-10% of league players in this region. You're merely but a talker who is ultimately just in low gold.

The only reason I'm stepping in is because someone here has a case of the "I'm platinum so I'm actually the best thing that ever existed." Honestly seems to be a trend with plat players Imve played with/talked to. Yet it seems to die off in diamond based on the friends I had (emphasis on had, many quit the game.)
By far the most down to earth high ranked player I've met was a challenger.
I'm just here to tell you to simmer the fuck down, because climbing from 100% to 8% with all that incoming skill is a lot easier than 8% to 7% or even 7.5%

Personally, when I play Darius, I take AD runes because I rely on instant damage from W and Q. Many top lane matchups have ways to escape your auto attack range, and it's just easier if your abilities deal more damage. Not to mention AD boosts the damage of Darius' passive bleed.

Athenes Lulu1 votesJust remember that attack speed runes are used usually to help someone last hit better, and that helps them switching in between trading and farming modes. Matchup, champion, and playstyle dependent, too.
If you're jungling then it's one of those must-have runes, unless your clears are so fast and/or sustainable that attackspeed runes aren't necessary; which isn't always the case.
Otherwise no fear, though if you feel the need to get other stats besides attack speed, try taking away fewer runes at a time to slowly adapt to the desired speed you need.
