In what way? Her Q scales with total ad so she doesnt need to build a lot to get dmg on it unlike... any other adc, her W is better with AS and her ult is a free BF sword/ BT or IE late game anyway..

her ult is a free BF but I'll play Janna against her and my E will give my adc a free BF at level 9 plus a shield. Vayne's ass gets outscaled by people who are good enuf to avoid getting hit like 9 times in a row by her, and her range sux so rip in pepperoni

Sivir, Ashe, and Jinx all have higher winrates than her.

If the adc asked me who to go, if I am Janna I'd say Ashe and if I am Braum I'd say Jinx. Vayne is ok but she gets outclassed by anyone with mobility.

Or someone with half a braincell who won't stand still and 1v1 her after she gets BotRK.

If she beats you 1v1 then maybe play a team game where you have 4 allies who can assist you in fights? Wonder if such a game exists.

A vayne with no AD would do less dmg than any other adc with a regular ad build.

She doesnt need heavy AD until like... her 5th item but still oneshots squishies for whatever reason lol.

Vayne doesn't scale with AD, but she needs AD at level 1/in lane. AD is used for CSing and trading in lane, and Vayne's trades heavily rely on AD in lane. She scales well with attack speed, but nerfing her early AD puts her early strength in line where it's supposed to be - weak to early lane bullies.

A 3 base AD reduction would put her at the same base AD as caitlyn, draven, and ezreal. 3 base AD is quite significant, it's almost half a dorans.

It does help a bit, but cmon... Vaynes early game is safe, not necessarily strong. What does 3 ad change about her 1v2ing your bot lane with blade and boots?

She generally builds botrk (= ad), PD & LW (= also ad) for her first 3 items. and after that you could either go for a defensive item but something like a BT or IE would make you do really gud damages.
