for a tank. there are a lot of better extra armor/mr passives. I mean graves which is an adc gets like nearly 200 armor and MR from his dash passive. 12% Armor and MR is not that great. 24% under 40% health is aight but that should be the standard. and under 40% health should be plus 35% or something like that.
