As of 5.20 you currently feel that marksmen are strong, weak or about where they should be? In other words is the marksmen rework intended to be a net buff or nerf to marksmen?

yeah they want to make her into a pure assassin with her rework based on what has been said. I know that already.
The update is not inherently a buff it made for the purpose of making each Marksmen champ feel unique. this rework is also not only for adc from the q&a looks like all most marksmen inculing temmo
But the question I am asking is more related to the current place of marksmen as being strong or weak.
