I've stopped playing PvP due to the trolls/afk/toxicity. I want to relax and play some PvE but those games are filled with endless bots. I don't want to play custom because I don't receive any IP. I guess my only option is to quit.

I know right. Every time I jump into a PvE game it is like everyone on the other team is a bot.
Aram sounds right for you, I mean who gets mad in a game of ARAM? Or maybe just play norms but mute everyone at the beginning, it feels nice.
You can receive ip in customs if there's enough people in the room. Grab some mates and have at it!
Don't play the game if you don't enjoy it. Just quit, don't complain on the forums. If you want to help with the toxicity, just mute people that are annoying or just mute all at the start of game.
I love custom games against 5 bots. It's very satisfying to go in to five enemies and just hear "PENTAKILL". Who cares about IP. Just play champs you never play in PVP and have fun.

I mean, if you're at the point where you're truly just done with PvP that's probably a good sign you're done with League.
I would find it incredibly bizarre for any player to go from serious in ranked to just playing bot matches, regardless of bots on your team or not...
