Don't tell me to make a support ticket because Riot does not give TWO CENTS about us, the players.
Last week I made a post about racism and toxicity and claimed Riot could care less. I got a lot of sympathy and support and I was thankful to those players. I still am.
Last friday, I made a support ticket about a player 'inting' in my team. Today I found out that my friend knows this 'inting' player personally and I told him about the support ticket I made. I just found out that RIOT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
This is the reponse from RIOT SUPPORT gave me about the support ticket:
"I appreciate players who want to make the community better! The best way to do this is by reporting players in the post-game lobby. When we do take action on players, we can’t disclose it due to privacy policies.
When you report players in the post-game lobby we are able to track accounts better and our systems can take action. Currently, most players are handled under the Instant Feedback System. This even tackles intentional feeding. You can read more about that here.
Thanks again for the report, but please try to report them after the game when possible!
Always" (ticket #: 31350823 for any riot mod/employee is reading this and thinking i'm full of bs)
I took out the moderator's name because I'm not sure if I am allowed to disclose names of mods/players.
The way I took the response is that I should use the Report System to report these types of incidents, instead of going directly to Riot Support. A lot of you recommend players to go directly to Riot Support with SS's to report these types of incidents.
From my experience, DO NOT GO TO RIOT SUPPORT BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING, THEY WILL TELL YOU TO USE THE REPORT SYSTEM IN THE FUTURE.
Results: I am informed by a friend that the 'inting' player did not receive any type of punishment.
