Putting up with Everyday Toxicity.

Here's a clear case where NOTHING HAPPENS to the toxic player. I have reported him already during post game chat. No need for chat logs because I didn't say anything all game and post game too. Just silence from me. This draven (rager) was clearly tilted for some unknown reason. He says stuff like: "kys, kikes, etc etc" (as displayed in the screen shot). I'm tilted too because we just lost but I don't say anything because Riot would consider my retaliation as toxic too. =X

Anyways my point is, I follow everything Riot tells me to do. Yet, I feel like more games are filled with toxicity (like this one) and the problem is getting worse. Riot's punishment system is NOT working. If it was working as intended, we should see a decline in toxicity. The punishment system is designed to deter players from being toxic. Yet the system fails and toxicity is rising. I don't have statistic numbers to prove this but as a player since season 3, I'm just SICK AND FKIN TIRED of this ongoing toxicity and rage. i will never be toxic myself during the games, but Riot should know that dealing with this problem is slowly tearing at me inside. Thats the sad part.
