During the Bilgewater event, Riot went through immense effort to create a Bilgewater themed ARAM map called " The Butcher's Bridge." It was really cool and is sitting around in Riot's vault collecting dust now that the event is over. That's the map I'm referring to.

OR, we could get to vote on the type of map skin for ARAM when you play it and the re-skins it has (whether or not it gets anymore) can stay.

What resources? Aside from minimal texture and model updates brought from other maps, Dominion hadn't gotten any graphical changes since its release in 2011.

As for re-enabling Butcher's Bridge, there were some surveys some time ago about potentially selling the map skin in the store. I'm personally not fond of that skin though because the color scheme felt really distracting and messy.
