Anyone know when the Viktor fix will be out?

I only want to know because if it's soon, I'll buy Viktor now but if it's a while from now I guess I'll just save up for Ekko and see how good he is on release. Also, what was the actual issue that's being addressed? I know he was disabled on the pro scene for quite a while now because of a hp bar bug, but he's been that way for a while now so that can't be it. I assume it has something to do with his ult since Rumble is also disabled, and they're the only 2 champions with that type of skillshot.
