@Riot, an issue with Quinn's Vault

since Illaoi is the flavor of the month, I've noticed a glaring....slight with Quinn's kit

It's less noticable with other characters but with Illaoi it can seriously affect her gameplay

When Quinn uses her Vault, it doesnt just knock her target back a few units, it also changes the direction they're facing Specifically for Illaoi, this will force her Q to change directions even mid cast

Illaoi aims her Q towards Quinn, Quinn uses Vault and Illaoi's Q lands in the opposite direction because Illaoi herself rotates 180 degrees (along with any champion hit by Vault)

I've fought a Quinn as Illaoi 3 times now and every time this negatively affects my entire lane I've just dealt with it and 2/3 times win anyway, but now it's just plain irritating and I doubt it was meant to work this way

I think the real problem from that report is that knocking back Illaoi doesn't interrupt her Q. That seems a little off.

It flips her around, making it hit in the opposite direction

I'm backing the notion that it is supposed to cancel it. I'm saying that yes its a bug, it should interrupt her q. She should not be casting it at all.

That's how her ability has always worked. The fact that it doesn't outright cancel her q is a blessing of it's own, tbh, because it's supposed to stop casts.

Similarly, Vaulting Ahri as she is casting her charm will cause her to throw it in the opposite direction. This is intended functionality.
