Zyra, morgana, nami may suit you
you can use the abilitys to engage or disengage
nami is REALLY squishy but maybe. i can get the hang of it.
Sounds like you might like Bard. Nami could also fit here, just depends on how much you like to make roam plays.
roam plays are My Thing.. leona has so much roam potential.
idk, thinking about bard but he's also gotta run around for meeps all the time and i don't like leaving my carry without a babysitter
The trick to that is only grabbing them on your way back to lane or when one or both enemy laners go back to base. If you do that there is no risk to the ADC unless they are horrible to begin with.
nami is realy good if you can play here
here q stuns the enemy here w heals you/adc and do damage if a enemy is close by here e buffs the damage of the adc here r is good to engage or disengage not to forget the passive what improves the movement speed

i've heard that nami is kind of a mana whore though which sucks because i can lane with janna / leona without ever running into mana problems.
Give Nautilus a try, not a typical support but he can both peel and lockdown targets for your adc. He also gets beefy even with support items later on.
i actually used to play naut jungle a lot. but then i realized he fucking sucks in the jungle.
laned against a lot of them but never thought about taking him as a support.. i'll give it a try.
thanks

Naut jungle actually isn't too bad, he can sustain himself better than a lot of other junglers I've seen. Just start W, talisman, and you can go either gromp or krugs, although gromp synergizes with his W pretty well. His clears are on the slow side, but Nautilus ganks are fun as hell.
As far as support, he can do a lot of things; he's basically a different sort of Leona. His Q can be used for a lot of fun hijinks that tend to make your opponents pretty salty. Good example, if you're laning with Cait/Jinx, have them lay down chompers/snaptrap, then hook your target into them. Works really well with cait since that's a guaranteed Headshot proc.
ha, i didn't even think about that.
sounds like fun
I would suggest playing them on free week if you're unsure as they all have high ip costs in comparison to how much ip you actually gain per game.
meh, i don't care a whole lot about ip, i have a ton of champs so i've been using most of my ip on rune pages lately. but i figured i could learn a new support. just for something to do until the new season starts. i wanna have a huge champ pool when it comes to supports because right now basically all i play is leona and janna, which, im good at them both and i win a lot when i play them because they're amazing babysitters but if i wanna say i "main support" then i should probably get better at more than like 4 champs. u kno?
Yes and no to an extent. Having a wider variety of champs to choose from adds more fun to the game but maintaining the same performance with so many champions is nearly impossible. You will generally do better at something you have a lot of games with and experience plays a huge factor in how you play. I used to think that picking for the team was what won games, but I've actually found it better to pick what you're good with and can play confidently with.
On another note, Nami is a very good pick from the 3 you listed. Taric is also good, but doesn't have as much kill potential as the other supports you play, as the only CC he has is his stun and you don't have as much lock down potential or damage output as you do with Leona. Bard is good as well but takes a lot of practice and you will often be flamed for bad ults and bad set ups if you aren't extremely careful. My vote goes toward Nami :)
been thinking about getting nami just for the cute urf skin honestly.
but you're right, about experience being better than picking for the team. took me a long time to realize it and everyone on my team thinks im an idiot when i do, but i can totally pick leona into morgana without any issues lmao
i think i focus too much on counters and worry about losing my lane when i'm hard countered instead of worrying about outplaying the enemy support and winning lane despite being at a disadvantage.
this is all pretty good advice.. i've only been playing support for season 5 so i'm relatively new, but i think it's the most fun role and i definitely wanna get better at it & climb higher
thank u! :^)
Hook city
own em both, but i'm terrible at thresh lol. should probably get better because he's a god.
i recommend lulu. you can build her kinda tanky for the peel that you like plus her autos, polymorph, and ult come in handy for those aggressive 2v2s bot.
i play lulu a bunch but i find she's one of the more boring supports imo..
I honestly love
and she's my main support.
isn't really a support per se. He's a mage that can go bot lane and get by on few items since he has good bases and ratios. I mean, hell, support brand is just normal brand with a
and maybe a
(At least imho)
Aggressive, peel: out of nami, brand, tarric. Normally plays

Now, since you like aggressive and peel, I would honestly suggest
.
is more of a burst out of lane
is getting reworked so you might want to hold off on thinking about getting him.
Anyway,
can go aggressive with her heal and bounce damage, when you land a bubble it's a beautiful thing, and her bubble buff allows her or the adc to slow people for you to land your cc better on. Plus her wave is so wide. (Really only a downside for going against

I'd probably suggest Nautilus or Braum if you want aggressive peel.
