Will she be balanced next patch? Because she's a no risk high rewards champ, even if she doesn't land ANYTHING before her ult, she just punches that R key and kills you, plus her Q and stun outrange almost every mid laner.
And people think Veigar's broken? (People in bronze and silver think she's more balanced than him)
In all honesty, an effective way to balance her would be something like Zed's ult, ult deals more damage when it's topping off a combo, just a thought tho.

Also last I checked exhaust only suppresses movement and AD, and her ult is up every 35 seconds.

And her ult being 35 seconds is just downright wrong. 120/100/80 are the cooldowns without cdr. Let's just say she got 45% fully, which rarely happens as she only really gets morello for cdr. Then it would be 36. But what would she buy that would give her all that cdr?

they probably had CDR scaling runes, also she literally only had 1 item as magic pen. the rest was AP
