Ivern: Daisy does not apply Rylais on her auto attacks

Daisy SHOULD be able to apply Rylais onto enemies but she doesn't for some reason. Only her ability flower power applies Rylais but that is kinda redundant because the slow already ends after the champion comes back down. I made a post about this earlier but a Riot Scruffy told me she does. Unless the Rioter is referring to flower power I feel Daisy should be able to apply Rylais on her auto attacks.

idk. i mean. she already has so much cc. am not saying she shouldn't. it should be tested on pbe or something i guess. again its already extremely hard to get her off you she just chains cc with ivern or team mates indefinitely.

Daisy doesn't have so much CC, Ivern does. If Daisy is going deeps into the backline Ivern needs to be tanky enough to also follow up, if Ivern is building tank he is not building that much AP innately making Daisy overall weaker. When building Rylais Ivern already gains 40% slow on his auto attack in bush, Daisy would only do 20% for 1 second. This means that if Ivern is attacking the same target as Daisy, Daisy applying Rylai's wouldn't mean anything because Ivern would be applying it himself. Ivern is insanely weak and does NO damage unless you build a considerable amount of AP, even than he has mediocre damage because of low base damage and just his kit. I don't think Ivern is weak overall but damage wise and pressure wise he can be very unnoticeable and I also feel Rito shouldn't make special exceptions to champions.

Also as you said, Ivern has a ton of CC, in fact most of his CC will out do Rylais and since an update awhile back slows don't stack and only the strongest one remains. In terms of his root it's 1.2s at rank 1 and 1.4s at rank 2, this pretty much means Rylai's will only be slowing the target for 0.1s. As for his shield it slows for 3secs for 70%, meaning the only thing Rylai's would do is show the but not slow at all. This is also a clarity issue, Daisy is CLEARLY a form of 'pet' like Tibbers, Voidlings, Plants, Hextech Turrets, it's ridiculous that Daisy doesn't apply Rylai slow.

Riot Scrufty literally only said "She does apply it." in the thread I linked. Maybe the Rioter was referring to Flower Power but that's useless. I'm also a bit irked at the fact he added the period too the end of his statement, because people only use periods when they try to be all "straight up" with you or condescending on the internet. Going over most of this RIoters post, a lot of proper punctuation is used but the fact that this RIoter 'straight up' put down what I'm saying is a bit rudeeeeeeeeeeeee
