sorry but a first time teemo with ignite as adc doesn't seem promising for me to risk a game. I bet everyone else is looking " hmm lets see whos gonna dodge i would rather someone else has to wait 5-30 minutes and lose 3-10 lp than me". its a really annoying issue that it solution is very simple. same way we have remake. give us a vote to dodge in champ select after all roles are locked. idk let it be activated by a command in the chat box.
