Why does everyone ignore the threads I make about smurfs ruining ranked games?

I feel everyone is one tier under what they should be plat--> diamond. Every game there is at least one smurf. Can riot do anything? Doubt it. But maybe make it if the person admits to being a smurf you lose less mmr and lp or something... At this rate in addition to DQ people are gonna quit in very large numbers.
