Could CertainlyT please rework Garen?
I think he'd be more fun with 3 dashes and an AoE ranged ultimate.

Realistically, CT would probably give garen a resource bar, give him Setts obnoxious regen, and make his abilities work like renektons when they consume courage; Courage Q: Unstoppable Courage W: 20% max HP shield and reduces cooldown by 1s whenever damage is taken Courage E: Gains bonus effects per tick based on the last used courage ability _Q: Gains a 40% movement speed buff per tick W: All cooldowns reduced by 1s per tick R: Damage per tick is increased by 1% per 1% of enemies missing health _ Courage R: If it gets a kill, the cooldown is reset.
I cant tell if youre coming from a place of hate or just memeing with just your OP though, but i for one would genuinely like CT to do "concepts" for reworks. As a fan, one of my favorite things to do is theorycraft, and seeing what actual good designers theorycraft would be awesome.

Garens new ult would be a targeted knock up thats also a dash that spawns a yasuo to ult the target while additionally spawning 4 more garens to spin on the enemy team members from anywhere on the map
New garen Q:
Garen can target any bush on the map, automatically teleporting to and becoming stealthed inside the brush. If no brush is selected, or upon exiting stealth, garen gains increased movespeed for x duration and his next auto attack is empowered.

Riot has been pumping out Garen skins despite this bullshit propaganda about Riot overloading things with mobility purely for skin sales.
Also CT will never make a champion again for the foreseeable future.
