ok but compare the level of effort a vayne has to make in order to cary or get multi kills on her own, compare a 1v5 vayne penta kill to a Master yi penta kill, you will see a clear unbalance and why it's not even worthed to master vayne...look at gosu's lolking, or dlift, they don't even play vayne this season.

Some champions are more likely to have pentakills if they are fed because they have a kit that works well on cleaning up with reset abilities, Katarina and Master Yi being examples. Why would you ever use that as an argument when comparing 2 champions power level. It's just an aspect of the kit. Vayne does not thrive on chasing people down, fighting them melee and resetting to get a penta, that's... not vayne? If you want to play like Master Yi when playing Vayne, it's not gonna work. Vayne has other strenghts though, the most obvious one being she's ranged, can stay at distance of melee champions thanks to her Q and E, is one of the strongest duellists in the game, has great tank melting.
Gosu/Dlift are adc mains, and they kind of play the 'op ones' atm (lucian, ezreal, corki, kalista). According to Dlift lolking, he's practising Jhin (champion got out, he needs to get good on it I guess). As for Gosu, he has a bunch of vayne games this season (around 40) so...
Once again, other adc's being too strong does not mean Vayne should be buffed, it should mean that the guys that are too strong should be nerfed.
As for Yi players in high elo, they're usually one trick poneys. Like they literally ONLY play Yi. Gosu doesn't only play Vayne, he's an ADC main and plays every adc. Yi mains play pretty much ONLY yi. So that's kind of a bad example for your argumentation. Same goes for a variety of not-really-meta-in-high-elo picks (Veigar? Malzahar? things like that) . If you can go to very high elo with those picks, it means you really spend a whole lot of time on these specific champions, which are harder to win with than the metapicks against the best players (they are meta for a reason, they're overall slightly stronger in high elo, and I can't stress enough the high elo here).
So the one trick pony guys aren't really gonna stop playing their one trick poneys if those became bad, because they climbed with it in the first place when he was suboptimal as a pick. The only way they'd stop playing is if a disgusting rework killing their champion identity is released, such as the veigar's rework. I think Dabox (OTP veigar, high challenger, pretty much the only very high elo veigar guy) stopped playing lol because of that, or at least plays extremely rarely now.
Meanwhile, pretty much every ADC player plays a variety of ADC's and they don't really care if their main champion is down, they'll just pick another. They are a class player, not really a 'one pick' player.
, like i use to be able to win lane with vayne every now and again but now it's just like i Q up knowing i will lose lane for sure and i will feed the shit out of it even if playing behind turret. This script you have to play every game by, the hold for late game script, doesn't work anymore...the meta has shifted to mid game, so she just gets walked on the entire game and never reaches the late game because the game is usually done by then.
