If a Yasuo Windwalls in the middle of the jungle, out of the AA range of Marksmen. Do ADCs still QQ?

On a more serious note, why is Riot nerfing Yasuo's base stats when that is not the origin of his perceived overpowered-ness?

My modest proposal...

Lets give Yasuo's W a health bar, and set it at x (perhaps 1000 to 1500 with no armor nor MR) value at max rank. Once the bar is depleted, the wall dissipates over 1.75 seconds. Additionally, Wind wall automatically drains itself of its health over 2.25 seconds.

To make the ability more realistic, why not have it also slow all the enemies who are currently in contact with it by 45%? However, in doing so, the wall takes fatal damage and begins to dissipate immediately.

Furthermore, Yasuo's ult should only proc off a real knock up, not thresh's pull or Tristana's R. The solution to this is laughably simple: change it so it can only activate on enemies airborne for a sufficient amount of time.

Rather than nerfing Yasuo's health to compensate for his early poke potential due to his passive, I suggest that we tweak the passive itself instead. Have him start off with only a 25% increase of base crit chance, every rank in his ult increase that chance by 25%. (So at rank 3, he will have 100% increased crit chance as he does now at level 1.)

In return for his reduced power-spike mid game, reduce the critical damage penalty on his second Q, and remove it completely for his third Q and ult. Just for a QoL change, revert the nerf to his E that took away the shield recharge. Since the passive shield only lasts 1 second now, this cannot be considered a buff.

So guys, what are your opinions?
