Timewinder consistency with other skill shots

So currently as it stands the only reliable way for Ekko to land both portions of his timewinder is to dash to them, throw it in their face, auto attack them to prock the passive to get the movement speed to preposition to allow for the second portion of the projectile to hit them.

Also when the projectile actually hits a champion and expands to its slow slowing form they are able to outrun it by ahemrunning in the same direction as the spell. It feels so wrong that you can avoid the majority of a skill shot's damage by running in the same direction as it. The fact that you can do this instead of the logical option of running perpendicular to it to escape

This is the one spell allows you to get away with breaking the number one rule for dodging skill shots: continuing on your original course

If you were to break this rule with other skill shots the skill will just hit anyways or in the case of Nidalee actually do MORE damage to punish you for not dodging it properly by avoiding its trajectory.

For the sake of clarity logic and all those good things, please make so that the slow is either stronger or increase the projectile speed while it is expanded.

Please take the time to consider my suggestion

sincerely a Bronze IV
