In high elo people just go afk at shop at around 10 minutes once one team starts losing

So my suggestion to Riot DO NOT implement that minion mechanic which would further increase snowball Buff turrets. Towers protect you early game. You protect towers lategame (Be creative just increasing the tower dmg and hp is boring ... but we would embrace accept that to) However inhib tower should be strong regardless. Yes they should be vulnerable to splitpush but atleast make them able to target multiple ONLY champions (2) (In that way its harder to towerdive inh towers but they are still as vulnerable to splitpush) Make inhibitors spawn 30 seconds earlier (it was Increased last season by minute)
Then Buff

which should be used primarly to take down the inhib towers
ZZ rot has awkward scalling seriously it scale of hp yet it doesnt give hitpoints? it was better when they used to scale of armor + mr.. and even then it wasnt good item. Just make the active scale with level armor mr and hitpoints .. seriously simplest solution. Make it scale a little bit from this 4 stats and it will be good item
Ohmwrecker has multiple issues. You have to pay like 3k for effect?

What else increased snowball last season? well dragon became relevant during whole game However whole dragon stacking thing could feel better...
2nd and 4th dragon are useless Aspect of the dragon happends to rarely I believe for most peoples taste
