Shield Bash changed on PBE (Nerf in a lot of cases)
The previous "Increase remaining shield by 10% on proc" is replaced by "Increase resistances while shielded by 1-10 points".
This is a nerf to the proc (and quite a good one): With 50 resistances, a 100 point shield is worth 150 points of damage. With +10% shield strength, the same shield is worth 165 points of damage. With 60 resistances, the same shield is worth 160 points of damage.
The higher the baseline resistance values are, the harsher the nerf to shield durability becomes if Shield Bash is procced.
On the flip side, the +1-10 resistances while being shielded are more useful if you don't get to proc Shield Bash (for instance, because you are forced to shield defensively or can only ever proc SB after already losing much of the shield). This directly nerfs some of Shield Bash's most synergistic (to the point of abusiveness) users:
