The main reason why 
is such an unbearable champion at the moment is because there is NO counter to her. 
used to be the main counter but now, players don't take this summoner spell except for extra damage. Please either change grievous wounds so it applies heal reduction to ALL sources or buff ignite so at least, this summoner spell can be picked to counter soraka.

does) I would say that sounds fair, but all someone has to do is AA once and then you're absolutely useless. Especially now that her Ult doesn't remove grievous wounds. All that would do is push people from playing Soraka to playing Janna for a sustain support. Plus she's gotten straight Nurfs since the preseason started. Which were needed if I'm honest. I feel that part of the reason she feels so ridiculous now is that adc's are so strong right now.

Grievous wounds only affect self healing, they don't stop 'Raka heals

What if my mage can't all-in them like that, which is the case a lot of times. Morello's is a waste of time. You know the game is messed up when it's better to sit on executioner's calling as an AP.
