I am currently at rank 5 mastery with this bug and I love him to death, or at least used to, ever since the rework i don't feel like I understand him, i used to be fine with building full tank yet now i feel like I barely do anything as it, could someone tell me how to play as him, what to build, runes masteries anything?

Pierce The Veal1 votesMax E first. You get max cdr, get triforce and steraks gage, and full tank from there. Then you basically use E in teamfights and just make sure to auto everyone who got hit, resetting you e cooldown, and you repeat. While doing that, make sure to spam Q and auto a bunch.
How I play him? Burster ravenous hydra bloodthirster triforce skar skar is best skar skar. Kill their entire team simultaneously ;P
