Zed, Lee, and J4? Nah, Realgot talk (Urgot talk), shield scaling with mana 2

So my first post got some attention which is nice, but we need more. We will never go away. We are the dozens of Urgot mains that refuse to quit. We would like the possibility of having a useful scaling on Urgot's shield.

Why doesn't Lulu's, Orianna's or Diana"s shield scale with ad?

We ain't got time for that rigmarole says riot! Then what about Urgot's plight! We demand satisfaction!
