No wonder Ivern got a hot fix buff
I just played him recently and my first impression is that this champion sucks. His kit is fun but damn does he feel really weak. I hope he gets buff soon cause I'm not touching him again until then.

The champ is not in a good place atm.
Abilities don't do enough if he doesn't build AP, but he basically has to build tank and be a CC/dash bot or he's WAY too vulnerable at all times. He can't stop people from counter-jungling him either.
Reverse Rek'Sai, basically.
If they buff him to make him able to do more by himself, he'd end up in LCS and get nerfed until he's basically only viable as a tank. Just like Rek'Sai.
