Lag spikes in EUW are making the game unplayable at times
Straight to the point - me and my friend used to play on the EUW server (I still do) with about 45-46 ms ping. Recently, however, our pings rose to 56-60 ms and we both experience random lag spikes, which sometimes make the delay as high as 200 ms. My question is why does that happen and is it an isolated case (something with the ISP) or others are also experiencing it?
