Buff for Singed
What if we give Singed a sprayer? like.... make the poison comeout of the front of him, im thinking something like the picture attatched to this post.
That way Singed isnt forced to just Proxy, he will have some Actual Dueling potential.

TO MAKE THIS CLEAR this is not as far out as Rumbles Q.. this is only about 1/3 of that.

The gas will still ultimately end up behind him but will just come out from the front.
