3 Sec blind + ability to 1 shot someone before his model even touches you. When your entire team is blind in team fights that last less than 3 seconds thats a huge advantage.

Noct is disgusting honestly. Literally 0 counterplay, he deletes your carry before Thresh can even cast his hook.
Imo nearsight, especially noct's, is one of the most cancerous low counterplay mechanics in the game. Graves is annoying as well as quinns (at least she has to hit a skillshot though), but noct's is just disgusting.
His spellshield is actually the most broken part of his kit which makes it so low counterplay. The fact that he can jump you from the other side of the map and put up a spellshield to block any cc you would put on him is kinda nuts. Most champs only have one cc spell, and if you try to hit him with other spells to break the spellshield then he will almost certainly get his fear off on you because it goes off way too fast and its range for staying on you is about five times as far as it should be.
Lvl 6 0-1-0 noc with a warrior 1 shot me as ezreal before i could even E i was 3-0 at the time.
Noc is the lowest tuned Assassin in the game.(Because hes build/role flexible) He cant 1shot anything unless he has a significant lead.
Honestly if Nocturne tilts you, I feel bad for when you encounter real champions that have mechanics, and deal significantly more damage than a Nocturne lol

Just wait until you have to fight Noct in the top or mid lane. People sleep on Lane Noct because he raises the question "how can a Noct reach me," but, from personal expierence, he can and WILL reach you even without ult. Noct is a giga-lane bully that could right-click even a Darius to death.
