Sick of seeing bad players in high elo

In season 7 and before, each rank had different happens and gateways of getting out of the elo. Gold players normally struggled from being too passive, Silvers didn't know how to counter split pushing, and so on. Today, there is a mix of players in every elo. So many low skilled players being in high elo, so many high skilled players being in low elo. This is just getting so stupid. Games arent even decided by how well you play anymore, its decided by how many times your one-three laners die in a row until deciding to start playing safe. Its getting old, and its not even fun anymore. Most games I have won arent even me winning them for the most part, its every lane stomping. While the games we are losing, are mostly from the team dying nonstop. It has never been like this before Runes Reforged was introduced, now so many players are in Diamond elo yet their skill isnt even close to gold value.
