Why the hell does Riven still not have proper nerfs?

Seriously I cant stand it anymore. Infinite cooldown on her Q, making her able to harass you out of lane all game especially if youre a melee champion. The minute she hits level 6, can all-in any champion no matter what build they're running, even stacking armor/health does nothing. Her R combo alone 100-0s any champion as well. Don't even get me started on the Rivens that take Ignite top lane and now youre 100% screwed. There is 0 reason a high skill capped champion, known as the highest skill capped, should ever have a 51.2% wr with 10% popularity. Yet when the "nerfs" came out for Riven, what did Riot do? They nerfed her shield cooldown, out of all abilities, and buffs her R cooldown. What logic is Riot even using now? Literally did nothing to the champion in terms of balance.

Riven = Toxic. Toxic = Desirable by Riot's "Balance" team. Thus, no nerfs.

They won't be nerfing a golden egg laying champion.

Getting downvoted by people claiming to know so much about game balance is fun. Sooo... for those that misunderstand the Riven "nerf"

Riven was tuned to be catered to more high skilled players, like she should be. She is not actually weaker, as proven by top-tier Riven players, many of whom say she is stronger. However, she is harder to play and not as safe and easier to punish, just like she should be. She is closer to balanced properly, but not perfectly yet.

The ultra-safe, easy laning nonsense is reduced but once you understand how to use her properly without the hyper-crutch, she is not really any weaker at all.

Still doesnt address how she wins almost all melee matchups, while only loosing to kennen, which newsflash EVERY FUCKING MELEE CHAMP LOOSES TO FUCKING KENNEN, only skill in riven is not going full r%%%%% mode and inting, if you combo into a disengage you win the trade with no dmg taken, then all in half hp with ult/ignite, but other then that she has no real counters, because the player minimizes counterplay, only champs im thinking that may beat her are a good aatrox and maybe a tryndamere but not many more melees...
