You're having games feel like they're up to luck because you're playing diamond 3 style, not dying much and not influencing games. Low elo is a constantly fighting shit fest and you need to adjust to that to carry. Increase your kill par, use your superior macro knowledge, and start pushing team advantages from your lead.
