They actually buffed me so much in this last patch

For some context, I'm a support main who plays off-meta supports like and some slightly more meta but still mage-like supports .

They nerfed Lost Chapter and Doran's Ring, and gave some compensatory buffs to champions that started Doran's Ring and rushed Lost Chapter. Now, as mid laners, Lost Chapter was the best rush item for any of my champions. However, in the support role, I started Spellthief's instead and didn't rush Lost Chapter. Items like Ardent Censer, Athene's, or Rylai's took precedence for utility reasons. So I got the compensatory buffs without the nerf that was the whole reason for the buffs. Then they buffed GLP, Rylai's, and Lux on top of all that.

I am very happy with this patch.
