This post makes no fucking sense at all. If everyone gets grievous wounds then yes vlad can get it too but that means anyone can use it against him. How the fuck would he be able to sustain but you wouldn't?

Considering bleed is a reduction in sustain, pretty sure both of you can still sustain, albeit at a reduced rated.
