"If you nerf CoC you need to buff X champ..."

No.

I've seen a variety of people say that some champions might need buffs if Riot nerfs Courage. Newsflash; The Mastery was introduced THIS patch, meaning those champs are NOT balanced around that mastery, any nerf to it is NOT a nerf to those champs because they were fine just using stuff like Grasp.

The Mastery was a huge buff, yes, but it doesn't mean Riot has to straight up buff champs to compensate. Most Tanks have a 55% win rate with CoC, you DON'T want them to remain on that level even with CoC nerfs.

Some people really give me a headache.

55 percent win rate where? Who? And who's asking for buffs for what champs? Zac? Doubt it, Poppy? Doubt it.

that's some faulty logic, because they might very well have done better with grasp than compared to post-nerfed CoC. Plus, you don't have to be balanced around a singular thing, CoC was definitely introduced for specific champions in the game and if it's nerfed without any compensation, some of those specific champions are obviously going to be nerfed. And as far as I know, every tank does not have a >50% win rate with CoC but you didn't exactly name off any of the champs that these "people" have been talking about.

edit: I actually just checked, the only champion that would use CoC with a >55% win rate would be support Sion (which has a very small amount of games to collect data from so that win-rate isn't even accurate). So now I'm even more curious which specific champions you are talking about. http://champion.gg/statistics/#?sortBy=general.winPercent&order=descend

Doing "better with Grasp" even being considered relevant by you is faulty logic, since Grasp is a shit keystone already.

If post-nerf CoC isn't worth it on them, it very clearly means that champion does not need buffs due to CoC getting nerfed. If anything, it would potentially mean that CoC ended up over-nerfed.

CoC's nerf only affects CoC. It is champion-independent because not a single champion has been balanced around it yet.

Very few champions need adjustments if CoC gets nerfed, just like very few champions need adjustments now that SotA is gone.

Will either group get those adjustments? Probably not. This is Riot we're talking about.

Actually the highest CoC users are Naut and Hecarim with 53-55% win rates. Most others are about 50-53%. Still strong, but everyone isn't 55%.
