Make Devourer the jungle version of BORK

A lot of people aren't happy with devourer. I think if you aren't playing a late game jungler or if you've got one on your team and you aren't getting ganks, you are more likely than not to dislike it. I honestly don't hate the item, but I have an idea for reworking it.

Machete upgrade item + vamp scepter + dagger. For that you get an item with 30 AS, 20 AD, 10 life steal, and something similar to bork's on hit passive. Give it ER's on hit passive too if you want to drop the built in regen completely. You lose the snare aspect if you didn't get the right upgrade item and maybe a few stats, but you get an item that lets you power farm the jungle without needing a stacking mechanic or double hit effect that a ton of people love and a ton of people hate.

For those stats it'd probably be roughly competitive with warrior and is more attuned to junglers that might want to AA more or would like a jungle item with a fair form of non-jungle specific sustain.
