And I say this as someone who has played Cho a lot this year. Hextech flash can help with bushwhacking, he can get 15% r cdr, which isn't bad when your ult gives you many items worth of hp and is the best ult in the game. Cdr and reduced active item cooldowns 
. He can get even more hp which he scales with. Come on. Nerf. Thank you.

FireDrizzle1 votesNot worth my time. Its clear which runes I am referencing. If you don't think Cho will be at least(probly more) 60% winrate with new runes I don't know what to tell you. Except that Riot want you on their balance team.

Shuyin1781 votesIt is worth your time when the runes you're talking about are from 3 different trees. So how about instead of just saying "He'll be broken" you give a actual page to help defend your statement, because right now it's looking pretty flimsy. To get the HP you're talking about, you need the Resolve tree. The get the CDR you're talking about, you need both the Inspiration and Sorcery trees.
If I'm reading your post wrong, then a page will clear up any confusion. So again, yes it is worth your time because right now it just sounds like baby-rage theory crafting.

"Babyrage" it's just annoying that rito don't have a balance team and Cho is going to be pick or ban for months till riot suddenly gut him. you are trolling if you don't pick something op. You have to play vs obnosious crap like Lee sin and Gnar or your champions counters just because of having to ban champs they wont balance. I had to play Nasus all the time because everything else good against Fio I know of gets outscaled hard. If riot don't start balancing the game they should give us 25 bans. The only job riots balance team have pulled off is forcing champs riot want into the meta.
