Soo Riot release a new AD item? and Nerf Viktor? What!?
Viktor being the only great pick Vs Talon and Zed and he is Nerfed heavely on his Primary source of poke and his Identity. The Death Beam. Veigar Identity spell is his R and you didn't Touch it, fine by me. But Viktor getting his DEATH BEAM NERFED!? HIS ONLY FORM OF WAVE CLEAR WITH A MEDIOCRE COOLDOWN. Ah ok he can oneshot the backline minions and even the frontline but thats because he should be able to do that! Because its his only form of WAVES CLEAR!!! I repeat it is his only form of WAVES CLEAR. + You guys just Released a New AD ITEM! Wait, For the win rate to Rise, WAIT!! This NEW AD Item will make other champion strong. Just like Cinderhulk did with sejuani and you gutted and regutted her patch by patch. This isn't a Joke, I'm being totally serious Riot. Don't Make the Same Mistake again PLEASE!!! The BIGGEST EXEMPLE ATM IS UDYR.
