[JUST AN IDEA] Shouldn't you lose/gain LESS/MORE LP when you're autofilled?

That makes sense and makes it less unfair. I think there's not much of an incentive (or any at all) for getting auto-filled. It feels like a punishment. With this idea implemented, Riot would try to make decrease the amount of times people get autofilled or queue times(cause people would try to cheat this to climb faster and also Riot isnt fond of giving bonus LP).
