Why would Swain, Panth, WW or Galio need a full relaunch? Their kits are not nearly as bad as old Poppy or Sion, they could use updates like Graves or Cait, added counterplay here and there, but all-in-all they work pretty nice.

If there are champs who need total relaunches they are Olaf Ryze Rengar - guys who are like totally like Urgot and Yorick , always either purposefully gutted or absurdly impossible to play against, because of core aspects of their kit, not only because some of their abilities happen to be point and click.

Actually the 6 in the second wave are confirmed to get reworks. I'm just trying to check my facts in case I misread

There is difference between a rework and full relaunch, i.e. Panth or Swain could use some more interesting mechanics like GP or Shen did, but there seem no point for me to ditch whole kit like they did to Poppy or Sion, and what will most likely happen to Yorick.

You have source on that information handy perhaps? I can't seem to find it on boards.
