25 increased damage on his ultimate at all ranks

Regardless of the size of the buffs, he shouldn't be getting buffed at all.
So...cleaning up numbers and a small damage increase.
What a surprise, the boards lost their shit over something completely trivial again. That's not even enough AD to affect anything at that point, since it's not even going to be a full extra point of damage.
It's the CDR decrease on ultimate that's riling people up, not those numbers you nitpicked for a joke. Now that it was pulled, shouldn't be so incredibly triggering.
