Jinx top is a shit pick, even if you do well in lane, come time to team fight, the enemy Malphite is going to be a hell of a lot more useful than you. We already have a ranged DPS hypercarry in bot lane. We don't need two. We need some kind of utility, engage or splitter.
I don't mind off meta stuff but Jinx top makes zero sense. Literally troll.

I've actually went against a Jinx top lane before as Riven. The only time I could even kill her was if I had flash because I had to use all my damage to get on top of her otherwise. It was extremely unfun to play against.
I've also played Caitlyn and AP Tristana top. Caitlyn is really hard to get to as well.
