CoronaGulp2 votesIgnorance is the main reason most people don't build Mortal Reminder, but you can't do anything about that. Grievous wounds is balanced, Graves just has burst damage AOE so he heals in bursts instead of passively like AA speed champions.
And since I have a feeling you're inclining to say that Graves is OP, Buy armor Pen, and use grievous wounds, aka Mortal Reminder.

What do you mean by that? Are you suggesting that it completely stop healing? If so, that would be too hard of a counter, and it would be extremely unfun to have a major mechanic from your kit completely disabled by one item.
